LIstening to some analyst now, there's a mad scramble between China and Russia now for African resources, so not sure who is backing who here but there's definitely massive pushes.

What was the need to remind us about the government's so-called achievements, when he's been giving the same speech about the ANC's so-called achievements on the campaign trail?

Apparently so but I expect vote counting to be slow due to the three ballots. The final votes announcement is targeted for 2 June by the IEC.

Yes, well Party Agents and Counters will count and verify VD numbers, seals etc. Up to IEC when the count is added to the tally.
