Do you really, I mean like really really, live in ZA?

FWIW, lady in front of us was also adamant she'd transferred to our area, it was accepted and showed. Yet suddenly today she was back in her old area. She'd just stood for 2 hrs in a queue with a rather lively 4yr old tried arguing with an IEC official who was all over his tablet, equally confused.

Everyone knows the ANC will win the largest share of the vote. So yes they will still be in government. Anyone thinking otherwise is up for disappointment.

They won’t get a majority. But will have more votes than anyone else.

The IFP ran KZN from 1994 to 2004. You could argue that the ANC didn't give the province up, but the ANC also didn't claim rigging or try to take control via non democratic processes.
