The self install option... HUH?????

Ok, does anyone on this forum know about the new self install option from Telkom. Where the self install seems to be defaulted without explanation. Does anyone know about the www.telkom.co.za/verifyadsl procedure. Am I dumb cos I can swear I did NOT select this option. No one told me about it, no one has warned me to verify the adsl installation. Anyone have this too?

Thanks Justinct, I did have a look at the forum threads and found nothing obvious. I did not do a search though. Sorry for being dumb, its just that Telkom offers absolutely no info on this very important little detail and the amount of running around I have had to do to help someone else is ridiculous. Its very frustrating. In fact 5 calls to Telkom and 2 to MWEB proved absolutely useless in this saga and when I eventually insisted that there was something else wrong, I finally got this info. Come on, lets face it. This is quite pathetic, even for Telkom.

No worries, its sorted. It was that verification thing on the self install option. Now I ask myself... DID I CHOOSE A SELF INSTALL OPTION? NO!!!!!!
