The Starfield thread

I rest my case....

Worst app ever!
I'm using the microsoft store app now. Interesting enough I also see that when use that the permissions also matches the original drive (drive c) and not with yourself as the main object owner for it's root directory. God... I want my *nix.

Wait.
Is this the Xbox app on Windows everyone is talking about, Or is this Microsoft app something else?
Cause I've been using the Xbox app

For those that can make sure to install this mod first because the default inventory UI is junk in comparison:
StarUI
Works well for me, makes a huge difference. I believe it disables achievements though, so don't use it if you're after achievements.

But the Xbox app is the problem child?
Cause I downloaded to D...
Of my guesses - however I could also be wrong of just one of them with and issue. However looking at how the ms store app did setup/create the folder structure matching the fix someone posted. *shrugs*

I will know when it get to 117gb again.

True, not a lot, but I think the discussion was about people getting upset about a game. Roughly it's like a Choose Your own Adventure, and the writer just adding more scope for everyone to enjoy (and therefore buy) the book so to speak.
I'm obviously just ****ing with you.

So how does Microsoft do that btw? Is a portion of your R80's split between whichever games you play monthly?
Probably same way most of these things works e.g. netflix, spotify, etc. Guessing: they either pay a percentile to the publisher for it's title to be on the store and/or per unique single download.

Which means the publishers etc. would like a stable monthly influx. Wonder why Steam hasn't considered the same. Or have they?
