Where does RT enter the picture at all? It is a simple fact that is easily verifiable to state the investigation has not turned up any solid evidence to identify the guilty party.

You can tune out every news source on the planet and simply focus on information published by the investigation team themselves, the conclusion is the same.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. The concepts of circumstantial evidence and chain of custody of evidence are universally understood. Both are undeniably relevant in this investigation.
