The tablet explodes: Old and young charge towards tech

In the space of 5 years tablets have become a must-have device, a report shows that one in 10 three to four-year-olds owning one.

There are tablets in my household, but I couldn't care less about them. I don't personally have one, and it would take something quite amazing to convince me to buy one. I have a desktop PC, and the 5.5" display on my phone is sufficient to look things up if I'm not at my PC. The only time I would ever use a tablet is in bed, and I'm not spending several grand for that when my phone does just fine.
