The Tesla Model Y Thread

I know people give you kak about posting and whatnot…but please explain the point of posting some okes response to some pleb’s question about the origin of a Tesla? Like… why is this being shared?

Genuine question.

You're normally an easy going fella what is with the "sourness"?

Thank goodness I've got a thick skin & I not so politely tell those okes to fork off.

My argument is incredible simple:

Just because you/they/Bob does not find value how do you know the next guy does not?

Additionally "the so what" argument ie. This is a Model Y thread I linked Model Y content. Pretty simple concept.

Not an attack on you, you did ask nicely, but I'm an old dog doing this stuff, no amateur hour here bro.

No sourness, it was a genuine question. I don't comment on most of your posts because they're generally useful or at worst repeats of some other thing that's been posted.

This one got me curious because I couldn't see what value could be derived from it, hence my question. Still no answer to that, though, so I guess we'll leave it there.

Tesla Model Y Juniper Performance model possibly found in the wild

Tesla's important refresh of its best selling car, the Model Y, is coming very soon. The new EV, codenamed Juniper, has been spotted in camo here and there, but today we have an interesting possibility: a Tesla Model Y Juniper Performance model being spotted on the streets in the wild.

That seems to be what X user Yann Masoch has captured on video from his current-gen Model Y Performance. Take a look:

As Yann says, this appears to be a Model Y Juniper Performance based on the look of the rims being similar to those on the new Model 3 Performance, the presence of a vent on the side of the front bumper, as well as the height and ground clearance (which is ever so slightly lower in the Performance version).
