This morning we noticed our line wasnt working no incoming or outgoing plus no internet.10210 told me my line was suspended due non payment but Im actually in credit with them.After half a day I got through to the accounts who told me my no was not suspended but the no Im phoning from is suspended .After speaking to their technical it turns out I now have the suspended phone no on my line and my own number and line is now faulty.When I phone my number from my cell it rings the home line now but the suspended no shows on my cellphone.This ever happend to anyone before?
