Hello everyone. Current member posting this from a dummy anonymous account to avoid any potential issues...

Would like to know, have any members on here had any dealings with the company known as "The Unlimited"? They offer financial products and/or do marketing for other businesses it seems. Would just like to hear more about them since Google does not give very many results.

A few direct marketing calls which I have cut off very abruptly, no other experience with them.

No other dealings aside from working with IT colleagues that have worked there.

Call centre company. May have also gotten a few calls from them that I say no thank you to.

They were very dodgy way back when but have cleaned up their act
They have some really good offerings, well it depends what you looking for, employment or product.

Employment basically. But the system seems a bit close to a pyramid scheme of sorts for me and I would not want to get involved with it if that is the case

It started out like that, but they have sorted their sh#t out.
Is the job IT or call centre related.

I know the chick who is 2IC so if you need any details or help just shout.

As told, "franchise director training". Begins in call centre selling products and marketing companies, then training, then eventually they fund your own branch. From where you do the same thing, training the next batch, who get their own franchises etc.

I say go for the interview and see what they offer, they are very strong financially and management wise.
You have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the input. I plan to do so, but wanted to get some input as it sounds closer to a pyramid system than I would prefer..

Hi

I have had numerous dealings with the Unlimited, I also managed one of there most successful outsourced campaigns and have been involved will all levels of Management for a long time. I have however moved one since and have not been in contact for a while. PM me if you need details.

By all accounts they win awards for best company to work for and care for staff.

Regards

Heard something about these guys once. Apparently their induction after you are employed is pretty weird / strange.
Good luck with the interview!

I am sure nothing to worry about. The person I chatted to just said that they were uncomfortable with what they had to do in induction. They were not specific though. To each is own I guess.

The induction from what I know is very very strange.. strange enough for me not to really want to go through it.

That is the kind of thing that would make me very cautious to sign on for a job there...
