These problems should be resolved without the use of Apps. I would like to highlight an old problem with the Windows Phone OS Platform that has not been addressed since version 7 to inclusive of 8.1 in spite of the Cyan Update. The problem details are explained as an scenarios.

Scenario 1:-
1. The phone receives an email message to the Inbox.
2. The phone user tries to send a Reply from the phone.
3. The user tries to attach a Document File from his/her Phone/Onedrive (Office Hub) to the Reply email message.
4. The user is denied access to his/her Document File from his/her Phone/Onedrive (Office Hub) but can only attach Photo Images from Phone/Onedrive.
This has been a problem since the launch of Windows Phone 7 days with BIG PROMISES of CORRECTION by Nokia/Microsoft.

Scenario 2:-
The Office Hub cannot view “Microsoft XPS Documents” ( Microsoft version of PDF).
This has been a problem since the launch of Windows Phone 7 days with BIG PROMISES of CORRECTION by Nokia/Microsoft.

Hoping that the highlighting of these two small OS issues would speedup the resolution

With problems like that.. there's only one solution..

Get an android phone :)

Samsung Galaxy S5... you'll never look back after using this phone

Yes it's a great phone, and yes Android is a good OS... that doesn't mean it should be the only phone in existence. Then again... fanbois will be fanbois I suppose. You aren't exactly helping the op here.

@Ivanr... there are probably better places to post if you actually want a resolution, or confirmation from MS that they have seen your issue (Perhaps something here: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/contact-us). By all means post here to inform others... but I don't think MS is listening in here.

Thanks but the answer is not Android but for MS to react to this problem which has been reported to them as far back as the launch year of Windows Phone 7 days. The old Windows Mobile 6.5 did not have this problem. Use of the trashy "Mail Plus" and "Sparrow Reader" apps are only work around the problem. Will never be interested in Android anyway.
