Oh, I completely realise that! If we lived in an ideal world where the laws -- especially road laws -- are there to maintain order and safety, and not provide yet another revenue stream, this would be a wonderful idea

Yeah, fun can really change people's outlook on things. Before I used to hate driving, but now I drive to save as much petrol as possible. This way I have made driving into a kind of game where I'm constantly striving to use as little petrol as possible, while at the same time, not annoy my fellow motorists.
