There is an upstream provider issue!? 
Why is it always the upstream provider guys who's responsible for crappy internet problems?
What about getting other upstream providers who can do the job better, and not make iburts loose clients??
I'm so tired of hearing this, and the worst thing is, iBurst can do zilts to fix it themselves...
