According to the map, there is very little coverage in these neighbourhoods. I tested around 10 different locations and all were successful. All my tests were outdoor. The download speeds were between 1200Kbps and 3900Kbps, bearing in mind that my device (LG P500) has never reported speeds in excess of 4000Kbps.
Makro and Oscar's Place also worked, so I'm nearly certain that Silver Lakes is also covered.
