There is hope yet

You forget that in other countries mobile data is considered a luxury because decent broadband connections to the home are so cheap and easy to get hold of.
How many 3G packages and bundles do you think MTN or Vodacom would sell if one could get an uncapped, 8Mbps ADSL or fibre connection within 48 hours for R250 per month?

I hate 3G. Even with a good signal it's constantly dropping the connection every hour or two and the data costs are a ripoff. It doesn't matter if I sit under a base station with full reception or try different 3G modems. Give me wired any day but with Telkom's long queues I'm forced to use this wireless rubbish.
