EDIT: So I installed latest ATi Drivers and ran disk checks.. all came out clean! What program can I use to monitor GPU temp?
Speedfan
Thanks.. will play some later and post temps for when it freezes
Here are my results during a freeze:http://i486.photobucket.com/albums/rr230/davidsch69/Capture-6.jpg
It peaked at 58C which isnt too high IMO.
I have just noticed that my intake fan on my has is not spinning.. probably why this problem started! Dunno how to get it to work![]()
Which intake fan? On the chassis? If it's connected to a 12v molex plug and it's not spinning, it might be the fan. If it's connected directly to the motherboard, it might not spin when the motherboard deems the CPU is not warm enough for it to kick in.
Tick the 'log to file' and check what the max temp gets to when gaming.
It connected straight to the motherboard. And even if I set it to 100% in Speed Fan it still doesn't budge.. I know its powered as the LED's are on.
I have done that and will play again to see what it gets to!
Ok:
It gets to 73C. But why isnt my intake fan working?
