Thermal Paste for application to heat-sink

Hi,
I finally got open my HP nw8240 and got to clean the cooling system: fan, thermal sink, and re-applying the thermal paste (here isa step-by-step HOWTO: http://myweb.msoe.edu/~frazeeg/laptop/nw8240_paste.html

No more heating and shutting down with over=heating...finally!
My problem is the paste that comes with the HP machine is a dark silver; the site recommends Artic Silver.
Does anyone know where I could get this psate in Durban/PMB region?

Arctic Silver 5 is the best, or Coolermaster. But it doesn't matter too much, I'm using a Zantec paste and it's fine. I know a place here in SW that sells it.

If there's no more heat problem then u're sorted!
