I have recently bought a Thermaltake Thunderblade 120mm(green LED).I have read that a output fan must be placed as high as possible below the psu because of hot air rising.I have done all that but my question is....how do I make it blow hot air out of my case.I turned my fan back to front for it too blow outwards.Is this the right method?

It should blow the air out. The ones that meant to get cool air in have to suck it in.
What you say back to front, what part of the fan do you consider the front? The back should be the side the motor is mounted to. Mount the back of the fan to the case on the inside and you'll have it right.
Unless I'm mistaken and what you mean is that you don't feel hot air coming out. If you feel coming out and it's not hot then no big deal.

Well in order for it to suck out, the side with the sticker in the center of the fan must be facing inwards so yes, that would be the right method.
You should have one at the front pulling air in as well to create a flow of air through the case.
Those fans aren't the greatest, get 2 Coolermaster Sickleflow jobbies. They're about the best available locally.
What CPU and cooler you got?
