Im guessing they won't police it(you can go stand there and vote if you want) but once the queue is over they close. I think

Just heard that a million extra were printed but not used...

Pooky, there is an officer that is suppose to monitor the queue in any case. I assume all they do at 9pm is send the officer to the back of the queue and show away any new people that try to fall in. In any case there are other people that can try to keep people from falling into the queue. This afternoon at our voting station there were a bunch of cops around so they might also help at 9pm to keep people away.
