Hi gents. I'm not so active anymore the way I used to be and being In IT is not physical work. Got a bit of a belly of the beers and my arms is thin of not gymming and no physical work.

Just want to know how I can build muscle in arms. Eat certain Foods or certain exercises that I can do.

I would do total body workouts. Don't want huge arms while everything else is skinny.

Fitness is a lifestyle choice. You need a long term view of exercise and diet or you may as well not bother; just let your boep grow like half the guys in my office.

Firstly make a decision around what kind of exercise will work for you. Some people are outdoors types and hate gyms. Others need competitive sport. Others are happiest going alone week after week to a gym and doing a circuit. Others want to install a gym in their basement and do it when they get home. There's not a right way but the wrong way is to do nothing at all; or have a short term view for 'some exercises that can get my arms big'.

Secondly set some goals around weight, and maybe a certain fitness level or competition that you want to participate in. Say you'll do the next Fun Run in under an hour or something. Or you'll lose 10kgs by March. Or you'll be able to press 60kgs. Whatever, just something you can aim for. Keep it in view constantly.

Good luck.

Yeah, there are three that I know of, one where he is drunk and braaiing, one in the Jacaranda studios, and one playing golf. His sound clips are much better though.

The one where he shows his "home" at the industrial area?

get yourself one of these - magic little things.

(the tevo powerlock pull up bar) - costs about 2 or 3 hundred at makro

Pushups and dips will cover most of it and only take about ten minute a day, but you can add pullups / situps and leg raises.
