It seems their reputation precedes them.

If I get the item I want I'll still be happy as it was less than 1/3 of the listed price elsewhere, but I am starting to have my doubts.

People that call you from banks or cell phone providers that expect you to identify yourself. FFS, you called me on my number and I confirmed that I am the person you are speaking to. Why do they still insist on asking me for my ID number, address, date of birth, dog's name and shoe size but I must trust that they are who they say they are?
If I call someone on his phone number I normally have a much better than average chance of actually speaking to the person I called.

lol I tell them to tell me what they have and I will tell them if they are correct or not. They are not allowed to. We have reached an impasse. Call ends.

Tip, give them another name and made up details, your info will then be deemed inaccurate and likely not used again or shared with any other institution.
 
Two days in a row of power cuts over lunch time. My Xonotic server at home is not on the UPS so no fragging of co-workers.
