Coming in this morning to find AD replication having an issue at the office. Went this way and that. As usual M$ KB have the usual fluff and waffle.

Did a reboot on both domain controllers before doing any bigger troubleshooting. Issue went away. Yay.

Nope, had to choose between two evils, imminent dismissal being the other.
The role far exceeds my capabilities, the two years have taken a heavy toll.

Transfered due to redundancies from the first lockdown, was working towards it with the plan being after 5 years, instead got it in less than 8 months at which point I was still woefully inexperienced but still gave it my best shot, also leaving on good terms is nice.
