New friends. Oh, and I helped save a kid's life today. Well, dunno if it was in danger but that was a lot of blood and one hell of a big gash on the side of his head.

Got the same pair but it was R106:( yeah comfort wise they aren't great, but they are functional and actually can be more comfortable then my Bronx when go on a walk.
 
I would never wear those shoes. Just on the face of things, those PEP sneakers look like they have no shock absorbant soles. That's a major issue for me. (I like shoes such as Sketchers that feel like you are walking on pillows - I don't yet have Sketchers, but I've been wanting some for a while and will soon get me a pair or two).

When Wednesday arrives, I will be exceedingly pleased. One 2 hour training / presentation session first thing. Another 15 minute session at lunchtime. And Special General Meeting tomorrow night where I have been prepped that it's potentially full of confrontation :(

Agreed, but that does not say a lot. Bronx are horrible in terms of comfort. I use these because I don't care for them and on the bicycle they don't last very long, maybe 3 months. Alternatively I go to work wearing my Asics Gel Nimbus running shoes, most comfortable shoes I have ever had and they have over 1000km of running on them.

What pleases me right now, going for a year without cracking a frame and doing a full 10,000km in that year all on the same front tyre too!
I have really had terrible luck with this since 2011 but now it seems the spell is broken (touch wood).

The fact that some bright spark decided that two finger scrolling on a touchpad was to be the future...was a genius. Now I can browse myBB even more lazily without stretching to reach for the page down key :D

Body Corporate meeting is done. Immense relief. Nothing more I detest than this especially entrenched there is conflict. So now I am a happy man. Happiness!

I have to hand it to the Chinese - when I bought cheap Chaoyang tyres I never expected it would grip so well and last so long. Previously I did manage to nurse a Maxxis Crossmark tyre to close to 10,000km (also front tyre). But it was in very bad shape. I am risking a lot here, but in less than two weeks from now I will be attempting my 6th Transkaroo on that very tyre - 247km in one day. Rear has about 6000km on. If that works I'll race my 7th K2S on it.

Really just stoked with Silverback. The Germans know how to design and build a good frame.

I bought a cheap wireless KB + touchpad mix for my Android TV device last week. Two finger scroll FTW!!!
 
Women in skin tight jeans, but more importantly, a woman in skin tight jeans who can pull a skin tight jean off. (Proverbially off course while I wonder how much of a Christian I would become if I could pull those skin tight jeans off her... and looi daai nooi.) It is not the most forgiving if you are a large lady but Jirre if you can manage it well it is an amazing sight to behold.
