Three things for today:

• Heading out of a technical recession is always good news, even if the road ahead feels a little too dark. There is always hope.
• The appointment of a NDPP who appears to be the first rock solid appointment in many a moon. Sincerely wish her strength, support and resolve.
• The hearing aids I need to use are a good R6K per item less than we thought. Therefore, less contribution from my back pocket then previously budgeted for.
