Things that please you...

Did you know, on a block of 500g butter for example, they have these markings on the wrapping that indicate 100g, 200g etc? I was today years old when I found that out. Remarkable! What will they think of next.
All butters? Hmm must take a look

The UK postal system that actually works.

Slightly NSFW
I sent a rather nasty girl something made in SA to do her dirty deeds with and she is pleased to receive it.
Meanwhile back in SA I am still waiting for stuff I bought on eBay and Aliexpress back in February...

Part of my beer order arrived so just waiting for the rest of it but my girlfriend arrived home with another two cases of beer, some wine and a bottle of MCC

HDDs that go crashy crashy....

But a recovery made possible with Veeam backup had the PC back up and running in less than an hour with a replacement HDD.

Gotta love good backup/restore software and good, solid backups.

Work generator being serviced as we speak.

New coolant pipes, new coolant, new fan belt, new filters etc

And a GSM unit to monitor temp, diesel level and inform you of start/stop. Which was totally overdue.

Nice. Guys knowing what they're doing, they've picked up one or two other issues, and rectified these before these turn into a major issue.

Apparently SDMO is the Rolls Royce of generators - as long as it works... but when it start to give issues, it'll cost you a Rolls-Royce to get fixed...
