I like that too. Always feel a bit guilty when I am on the trails and walkers/runners make way saying "sorry" to which I reply "no problem, enjoy it!". They clearly have no idea how annoying it can be to ride a trail behind a slower rider that does not even think of asking if you'd like to pass.
