Well, where to start

Took an ombudsman ruling and a fine to get them to commission my smart meters correctly
No app
Web portal only works half the time, and gives no useful information at all

A decent portal and app.

Loved the Kruger, was blessed with many good sightings, which include:

3 occasions of lions on 2 of 3 days (we didn't see the kill, but 3 young males had hunted a baby elephant, hyena, vultures and black backed jackal hanging around too)

A cheetah

Two secretary birds of which one caught an over meter long green coloured snake

Two "wit wang uile"

Another unidentified owl

A roosting pair of Wahlbergs eagles, with the male in the nest

I am very pleased.
