I see someone had the sense to see that the huge electronic billboard they setup down Zambezi next to Kolonade was more likely to blind someone into an accident at night than serve any other useful purpose. It has been replaced with a regular dumb billboard it seems.

I've been eyeballing those - surely they can put some sort of daylight sensor on it to dim it automatically when it is dark?
 
Driving around now the new pothole in the road is being fixed, the Bluegum trees are being pruned and they are sweeping the roads.
