What pleases me: the awful tenants across the road finally moved out after 6+ months of squatting and not paying their rent, according to their landlord. I say awful because they hosted frequent parties until 3AM on weeknights, would constantly have street fights (Fight Club Central) and would just generally be k*k neighbours through and through.

Good riddance.
