Does anyone know of a Product that might help to lower Liver ALT/AST Levels? Apparently mine is very high, and I want to use other products with Milk Thistle.

I've read that Lecithin also helps to protect/repair liver, but where can one buy it...

Iron and lots of it ;)

But your liver problems is not because of your lifestyle, there is something else not right though. The proteins you take and the other stuff does not work through your liver. Kidneys yes but not your liver.

Get iron in your system ;)

But I'm no doctor though, best to check with a GP

edit: I didn't know that, DO NOT TAKE IRON ! only read that now from the site below

@FaNIX, out of curiosity, do you drink water, and is it carbonated?

The reason I'm asking is because I am pretty sure that my body is rejecting carbonated water.

I can drink carbonated water for 2 days straight, and end up feeling listless and dehydrated, but 2 hours with non carbonated water fixes me up quick quick.

I blame Lecol for not making Lecol Cream Soda mix anymore, so I ended up trying Spar Letta's green stuff.

Perhaps your body is doing the same, though I know nothing about this stuff.

Drink water (purified/distilled)
cut down on salt in your diet
Dont eat any pork products (bacon, polony etc.)

at least try it for a week to see if you notice a change
