An unamed source deep within the upper echelons of the 3rd Force this afternoon confirmed that this organisation was responsible for the theft of ballot papers from each and every polling station. Hence the shortage of ballot papers.
"As you know the 3rd Force is an unknown force intentionally and as such we do not receive any donations or sponsorships. Unfortunately the club house has run out of loo paper and being the enterprising organisation we are we decided to move forward with *Operation Ballot*. As you can see we are very efficient, just take a look at how many polling stations are running short on paper.
