This are actually COVID promoters

This morning I went to the Rain head office with a billing quiry, When I got to the reception I was told there isn't anyone at the billing department as I was told 3 cases of Covid has be discovered, what came as a surprise to me is that there where still occupants there, if there was Covid cases recorded why are there still people there?

I am just wondering if the management is aware that some of if staff are infected and they are all over that building, remembering that Covid also stays on surfaces
