Bought a similar BT keyboard last year, admittedly not as elegant as this though.

It is now gathering dust on my shelf -- so I'd suggest you reassess whether you need it, of course it looks somewhat cool, but aside from that, will it fill a fundamental feature gap.

/side note: Keep in mind that some iOS Apps only run in portrait mode, for these I found the device to be a pain I.e. no easy way to run the device on its side while clipped into the unit.

Two, a keyboard will definitely be handy at times but more importantly it's got a built in battery to charge the iPad.

Is the iPad 2 and "new iPad (3)" not the same physical size and form factor ? I thought they had kept the same size. Anyway, I see it is the same guy that is selling both versions. I have the iPad 2, so perhaps I could get him to rather send me the iPad 2 version - if there is a difference. Thanks for the heads up...

Oh, I just remembered now - the new iPad is a hair-width (or two) thicker than the iPad 2, I better get him to send me the iPad 2 version before he sends off the iPad 3 one
