Same here dude, called about 2 times, the guy told me he could escalate my query, but that by the time they could answer me, my application would be processed already.
Apparantly it isn't an individual that processes your query, but a machine that does everything automatically, hence the "fax or email" correspondance thing on top of the application, as soon as you're approved you would receive an email (or fax) and then they would deduct the 500 once off fee from your account specified on the application, then the courier would give you a call later that day to arrange the drop off of your merchandise.
I applied on tuesday and faxed them on wednesday morning, and according to the guys, would only receive the stuff next week, unless my application gets approved this morning and the courier is at my door before 5
