#1 You told us it would be very easy to buy extra gigs, well, I don't see individual pricing on your site!
#2 I have been calling help desk since 7:23, I've been on hold for more than 4 minutes at a time and HAS NOT YET COME THROUGH

This is pissing me off... seriously
 
I just LITERALLY went and made myself some coffee in the kitchen, came back, and still waiting.

iBurst has now wasted almost 35 minutes worth of calls to the 0861 number which I expect to be re-imbursted for.

Oh and Shaun, 3 gig is NOT measured as 3.00, but 3.07 gig (1 kilobyte has 1024 bytes, 1 meg has 1024 kilobytes, 1 gig has 1024 megabytes, 3 gig has 3072 megabytes)

You guys are stealing 72 meg of mine I'm paying for!
 
I just got through after almost 40 minutes of waiting, asked the person how much additional bandwidth is, and guess what, they couldn't tell me because they don't know.

This whole launch is a big april fools joke. I'm returning my modem end of this month because I see I already paid for this stupid ficking service.

hehe, will stop now, and btw: 3.00 GB is the same as 3072MB, just as slim said
 
Shaun says that on the 3 gig package an extra gig will cost R159 and an extra 3 gigs will cost R399.
