well not to be a downer but that would increase caps at most, will not change speed, MIGHT make things cheaper. what we DESERVE is LLU

Are we using the location to Europe as an excuse for incompetence and no competition?
Fact is we are receiving a dismal service at world high prices.

Should we bring out stats now how other countries far from Europe are getting great speeds?
 
When will people understand that its the certain people running the big positions and holding this place back like it is,, (appearently we not allowed to mention) but you all know the real reason why everything is running like it is.

Dont moan about something to these people who just dont have the ability to understand, its just the way it is and cannot be fixed.
