Im really REALLY! Fed up with Iburst!

This weekend I had raids with my guild(World of Warcraft) I bought cap to insure that I am not throttled. Sunday I had over 200mb left.

The first problem I got on Sunday is that I couldn't connect. Error msg that I didn't enter the correct password or username. That happened over 3 times over 5 hour period! (I was offline for more than 4 hours)

Second problem I got is, in the middle of the raid I got Dc'ed when I connected again I was throttled! No way that I could have used up 200mb in 45min in wow! When I went back on Iburst's website again a error msg greeted me saying I cant login. After a few minutes I could log into the website but the bandwidth meter was broken again!

Iburst SORT YOUR PROBLEMS OUT! Your a internet service provider and your not providing!
 
I agree. I know how annoying it can be when your not able to raid due to an ISP not providing a satisfactory service. I've been playing wow for a long time as well and know aproxamately how much cap wow uses and there is no way he could have used even 100mb doing a raid what to say 200mb :confused:...
 
I've also been throttled, been having constant disconnect and the same error message as you. On iBursts site my usage is shown as all 0's :confused::(:mad::eek::rolleyes:

given up playing wow on iburst 2 months ago :( although AOC and aion seem to work fine no problems :)
 
On iBursts site my usage is shown as all 0's :

I also get that sometimes, just reload the page again.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's like playing the lotto.

An ISP that can't even fix their own website after 3 months, go figure...:confused:
