well, if government is (should be) public service, then clearly JZ is picture of your useless employee number one, him pushing the uselessness down the ranks of services
 
At a stage, not too long ago, Telkom, Eskom, and Spoor/Trans Net, had the largest installed fibre network in the southern hemisphere.
Just goes to show, what 18 years of corruption and general a5$holery can (not) achieve.

I fully expected that article to be written by "Staff Writer" as I opened it so I'm glad to see a real person behind the opinion.

And the ANC is so much anti competition it's not even funny. Everything must be "protected" it hinders progress. But o yes. It's a way to fill their own pockets. You know.. SA is their personal piggy bank.

And then ANC throw around white-capital etc.. blame the white devil(s)!. Mean time ANC comrades score!
 
Just like most of the other cabinet portfolios. Useless. SA manages in spite of the impediments they add, not thanks to any benefit they provide at all.

The only reason this is delayed ad infinitum is because the ANC is trying to figure out the best way to enrich themselves from it forever.
 
This article applies pretty much to the entire ANC and their government and all the ministers, presidents and MP's.
