Not sure I understand what you're asking but if 425kbps odd equals 4mb line then this is about a 50mb line.

Its unfair I tell you. Cant wait for the fibre optic cable landing... Then we might see line speeds like this. I am just shocked that in the UK, people pay half what I'm paying per month and get an uncapped, 100MBit line!
