This is why Cape Town smells

Where is Benedict ringsting these days?
Bullets of Justice - Horror DNA

So are these also kosher?
technically yes, but again I think making animals suffer unnecessarily for some religious reason is cruel and unnecessary.
and yes, Judasim has rules on that, and I dont think this is warranted.

would probably say its better to ship the Carcass than the live animal.
but religion is strange that way.

Live export of animals by ship is an absolutely inhumane and disgusting practice which should be banned globally. Those sand dune bastids don't give a hot cr@p about the conditions in which those animals are transported. It's absolutely heart breaking.
where is sea shepard in all of this? where are the animal rights experts swarming and chaining themselves to the deck to prevent this ship docking and leaving?

Can't they just slaughter the animals in an halal manner and then transport it? Can't imagine wanting to eat these poor creatures that are probably half dead already. Is it even food safe?

Let's get real here, very few countries if any treat cows well.

big difference in ending a cows life quickly and efficiently for your steak/Burger
than keeping a Cow on board a ship to drown in its own feces, while being rocked and forced off its feet by bad seas, or being starved and cooked from exhaustion.

all to satisfy some obscure reason by some religion that says you must kill the Cow when its in your own country.

really inhumane, and quite surprised the Karens have not literally formed a flotilla to prevent the ship leaving.

I'm a farmer, not a bunny hugger. I know of no farmer who mistreats or abuses his animals. It's in our best interests to keep animals in the best condition possible, has a direct impact on our bottom line.

I agree that much can be done to improve the lot of livestock pre-slaughter but live animal export by sea is a savage practice and should be banned.

100000% agreed, just unnecessary, meanwhile Circus elephants/ Lions /tigers get better conditions and the animal rights guys shut them down immediately,
silence is deafening from the animal rights people here. I mean the ENTIRE CPT can smell the Crap. cant exactly hide it

this, cruel and unusual treatment for cattle to be slaughtered for some weird religious reason.
The halaal slaughter of animals is acceptable, given their religious beliefs. But to transport them like this is just an indication of the level of civilisation of the destination countries.

It's like the African practice of a mob beating a cow to death with their bare hands. All in the pursuit of gratifying the ancestors. Savages!

Yes, but the ship has been inspected and cleared. The SPCA is actively involved. The Middle-East aren't the only markets that livestock is being exported to. It is simply too expensive to ship preprocessed meat. The ship will be on its way to East London to load sheep. Then headed to Iran.

the bribes are massive here, I bet if they tried to stop somewhere like Spain, or the UK or the US the port authorities wouldn't let them dock.
there is a very good reason there aren't many of these ships around, and the few are actively hiding from the animal right people

I mean I know were a sh1th0le country, but even the Japanese who still do whaling don't stop here with their ships marked "research"
