Looks great. IIRC one Motorola's comes with Ubuntu as well as android (when it is docked you run ubuntu...)

DROOL. OMG, that looks like a killer idea. If that comes to market, then Google and Canonical could become the most dominant forces in IT, kind of like MS in the late 90's, early 2000's. Man, if they release this in the next two years, my upgrade will include.

Windows 8 and Windows phone 8 is going the same route with a shared kernel and app interface that will allow the same apps to run on both devices. Android has this.... what does Apple have?

Edit: this also made up my mind on my upgrade end of the month. I am getting a Motorola RAZR + Dock, no question about it.

Apple is already bringing OS X and iOS closer for eventual unification. The Mac part of the OS name has already been dropped. Moving towards Apple OS.
