First choose whether you want to work on daily or weekly averages. Then you use the sliders to estimate your usage in terms of the amount of emails, music tracks, hours of movies, internet calls etcetera.
Of course, I nearly burst out laughing. Then I burst out crying.
I am reckoned as a ‘medium user’. Fair enough: I don’t work from home anymore. Most of my online time is spent at work. According to Uswitch a medium user like me needs 11.55 GB per month.
How much will Telkom charge me for that? How ‘medium’ must my salary be to afford ‘medium’ broadband usage in South Africa?
With Telkom’s prices, my type of usage is more aptly described as ‘rare’.
