Well here is my speedtest just past 9 pm below 56k modem speeds , I have contacted rain , have emailed them and they do not have the decency to reply or do anything about it so my advice DO NOT GET THE 24/7 ALL IT is is pathetic speeds for paying for 10mb speed .

Thats actually 400kbps. Well above a 56kbps modem. But I get your point. Kak speed.
 
mine started being **** since saturday when i got home. other than that, it seems to do the same now during the week. so fun that i can't even watch youtube or twitch on 160p

Yeah same, don't bother with Twitch on Rain.... especially non-partner streamers as their streams don't get encoded into smaller resolutions.
 
Pity you guys are having these issues, I am tempted to get this as a second connection, and if it is good enough, continue with it when my ADSL goes away.
 
Please kindly help ive blocked my sim i just need my puk number please ive trying to contact rain
 
you need to move the router around a bit first, reboot router once or twice......
RAIN HAS EYES AND SUPPORT EVERYWHERE.... They will respond once you are active...
 
The tower I normally use currently getting 0.02mb/5.5mb. Put my Router in a different room to use another tower and now getting 4.1mb/2mb

Sent a PM earlier on bad speeds yesterday - guess I will have to wait at least 12 days for support?

The RICA issue has been resolved.

The terrible speed issue remains - a serviced advertised as 10Mbps best effort should be able to stream at 40% of the best effort advertised speed reliably for a few hours per week.

I'm also experiencing terrible speeds since last week
RICA does not work in Chrome on a laptop.

I never received the promised SMS's

Discovered by accident the RICA process works from my celphone.

Speed issue is not resolved
