Thoughts on Misleading Promo Codes?

Hey everyone,
I recently tried to use a R30 discount code on the Mr Delivery app, only to get an error saying, “Oops, Coupon has reached its maximum usage.” Despite the promo being advertised, support confirmed they wouldn’t honor it because the code had already maxed out.

This feels like false advertising to me, especially since there were no conditions or limits disclosed upfront. I’d love to hear what you all think. Is this something worth escalating further, or am I overreacting?

True, but the point is if it isn't available why not remove it from your site/app the objective is to attract business.

Just saying guys, I mean if I advertise GB lines for free on my site and don't put t&c and not honor it you lot would have my license and then some removed lol
