Residential areas weren't protected at the time either, look what happened there, barb wire fences, security companies etc. And it's even worse for the neighbours of these savages, the crime stats show this, if you don't believe them then surely the numbers would be much lower as only one or two people murdered each day make the news.

For the moment there are no land reform in residential areas.

I just hate these ANC apologists that refuse to accept that it is the ruling ANC's responsibility that the citizens in this country are protected, but alas the brainless can only be very good at corruption and anything else is secondary. They have proven since 1994 how useless they really are!

The easy buck would be government but I've seen first hand what a good CPF can do in an area to raise the profile of the responsible police station. If you want to see change you have to be part of it.

Groups like TAU & Agri-SA are very involved with CPF projects if their newsletters etc are anything to go by. They are raising the issues through the right channels. Complaining about black savages and mashing up stats isn't helping anymore than the ANC is by blaming apartheid on more recent events in the country.
 
And the CPF charter is quite clear about jurisdiction, there are limits to the power which they or any security force has other than presence and information sharing.

No, this type of crime is not new, but I would like to see the stats on how many of the animals that committed this type of crime were caught by the law-enforcement forces of the current political regime, versus the previous regime.
This sort of crime has increased in recent years ... who rules the roost in this new SA? The ANC. Join the real world and take your blinkers off.

That would make an interesting report. There are so many different factors involved though, travel restrictions, biased laws etc etc
 
FF Plus shocked at farm attack

The cruelty involved in the killing of a family on a KwaZulu-Natal farm at the weekend suggests such attacks are racially and politically driven, the Freedom Front Plus said on Monday.

"The cruelty of the murder of the family in KwaZulu-Natal is shocking and does not speak of ordinary criminality. The majority of farm murders are accompanied by cruelty, and it creates the impression that it is racially and politically driven," said spokesman Dr Pieter Groenewald.

A 76-year-old farmer, his 65-year-old wife and their 33-year-old son were attacked and burned to death at their farm near Richmond at midday on Sunday.

Police spokesman Captain Thulani Zwane said the house was ransacked, and firearms, household items and an undisclosed amount of cash stolen.

Police were investigating three cases of murder, and no arrests had been made.

Groenewald said the FF Plus would ask the minister of police to approve another investigation.
