Has anyone managed to do 3 stuffed chickens at the same time, indirect cooking?

Coals on 1 side chickens on the other?

I did this two months back for a mate's 60th, not really stuffed as it was just whole onions inside, think I posted the pics on that infamous braai thread, in fact it was about 50 days ago...

Do seperate questions not have their own threads?

Sorry what's a ranch? Got a link? Google just shows some TV series or spur.

I can't see how did you do it master Moose...

Stand them up / lie them flat?
Coals on one side/Coals on 2 sides?

Depends on the size of your Weber, but even the 57cm will struggle in my opinion.

24 pieces of charcoal, piled left and right side, vents open 75%, birds at room temp before laying flat next to each other with 1mm gap between them, 1 hour and 45 minutes, all done....

The Host served them up as a voorgereg, his guests demolished them..

SA chickens are pathetically small so it’s doable.
