Three people have been killed in a brawl on the Richards Bay beach, KwaZulu-Natal police said on Sunday.
"Three people were stabbed in a drunken brawl yesterday [Saturday] morning," Colonel Jay Naicker said.
He could not confirm a report by the SABC that all three were matriculants.
"I don't know if they were in school. They were aged between 18 and 23," said Naicker.
