South Africa's minister of electricity has identified three power stations that give Eskom the best opportunity to take the country out of load-shedding.

Totally new approach it seems. De Ruyter never saw these as opportunities as far as is known. The proof is in the pudding. There seem to be less load shedding since De Ruyter's departure. Staying positive here.
