Probably one of the best things you can do in the shower or driving if you are not a processional throat singing / screamer already....

Seems decent, and unlike most cuts through the bs

I also follow

The screaming adept Will Ramos (Post alissa white gluz, the things he can do with this vocal cords)

Basic kargyraa and/or throat siging I used Kuular

fantastic video showing just why he can make those noises.
and if the way he sounds on harsh vocals is too much for you to handle (that is understandable)|
check out his cover of Chockehold by sleep token. it really shows his actual singing range.

They were bullied in school
and now the bullies are working construction and the bullied are touring the world and fighting off groupies.
and making quite decent YouTube money.
not saying you are wrong btw. and not asking you to like the music. Lorna shore (and other deathcore) is difficult to get into. even for metal heads who already listen to harsh vocals.

But what I will say is that the pain remains as an album is something that is so well written that you should at the very least go read the lyrics. you are missing a lot of what the instrumentals bring to the table but at least the lyrics will give you a understanding of why they are growing in popularity as much as they are.

I was into some heavy stuff in my younger years. Most of us who were bullied was into the heavy stuff. Helped us deal with our anger. Some weird depressing satan worship gore and cutting wrists of dead corpse stuff while scraping your knees on the bloody pavement dragging brides through giraffe carcasses and what not....

Neshama (Pretoria band or something) , ZAO, Pantera, Slayer, Opeth, Machine Head, bride (70s / 80s band or something) ... And I can't even remember all the other crap.

Anyways, I did not mean to step on some throats...

I'm just fascinated by what the human voice can do. Even if you just look at Kargyraa or it's later stages such as Sygyt or Khoomei.

Any instrument, which is what our voices are, we get creative in how we use it. But yes, I agree, it is quite fascinating what we can do with our voices. Too bad the human brains used behind these fascinating voices are not so fascinating.

I 100% understand. I was never bullied. I went into heavier music because I grew up on classical. and most of the other music around failed to provide the same musical complexity. a simple riff with a basic beat has its place don't get me wrong. but what my brain needed was something with the same complexity. so I moved into Melodic Death.
but seriously check out Lorna shore. try the pain remains songs (there are 3) the 3 songs with their videos they create a story unlike we have experienced in modern music. the music, lyrics and video all together form an experience. and only listening, watching on mute, or reading the lyrics leave so much out. you will get the idea don't get me wrong. but all 3 together elevates the entire experience.
that being said, Will is something to get used to. especially for someone who came from harsh vocals like you did. what he does is something else. it took real effort for me to "get it". but when I did everything changed.

Will is a Facinating human. its not canibal corpse lyrics. there is substance to what goes into it. and in order to use the imagery he uses there is something more than meets the eye.

I think most people are taught to just somewhat listen to something in a song while missing out on all the parts and how the composition was made with what.

Oh I know this one. Let me fetch an oldie...
