Thumbs up to Esquire

Hi guys,

As you know not so long ago I complained about Esquire on this site.
I since learned that there had been a valid reason for lack of contact from their side and asked for the thread to be removed as some people vented their personal issues there.

I have since been to Esquire and the issue was resolved at great cost to Mahomed, which I personally never expected.
I must say that he is really a great guy and was extremely pleased with the outcome.

He took time with me in his busy day to explain things and the issues they have with customs etc.

We tend to bitch and moan a lot these days about bad service but I was really happy about the way in which he handled my outburst.

The product he gave me in the end is what I was looking for and he kept to his word.

That to me is something.

I will continue to buy there and support people like this.

I,ve been buying frm esquire for the past 7 or 8 years while i was studying in Joburg and when they opened up in Milnerton down here in the Cape I still continue to support them even when brandt that beeg oke was still in charge , I also purchase frm Rectron , Pinnacle and Genex before they close down but I have to say that I have never had any major issues with them except for carrying too little stock but it seems that they’ve sorted that out cause every time I order an item now I always get it and if they sold out Graham and Cayson are great and always called me to collect once it is in stock ,
