Thanks muchly to the sales n support staff at IBurst.

I signed up on Monday and was shocked (yes that’s the correct word) with the speed and efficiency of the service.

I sent email asking for a sales consultant to call me and I noted a specific time for the call back. Lo and behold my phone rang on the requested time and I spoke to a consultant who could answer all my questions (both sales and technical) with speed and in great detail.

So finally decided to sign up and I popped in at the offices in Sandton on Monday afternoon. Within 35 mins I walked out of the office signed up with my hardware in my backpack.

Got home, tried to hook it up and it didn’t work (driver problem) so i called the tech support and the phone was answered before it even rang (jaw dropping experience compared to that other company's usual 15 min wait :D ). Friendly woman on the line told me to take it back and get the drivers sorted.

So Tuesday I spent all of 10 mins at the IBurst offices and had my driver problem sorted.

When I got home and plugged it in, everything worked like a dream. :p

It is an extreme pleasure to deal with people who actually put the interests of the customer first and who know what they doing in their jobs

So 2 thumbs up to IBurst for supa customer service… hopefully the rest of my time with them will be just as sweet.
 
Nice! I'm happy for you. When I started things weren't as smooth...

IBurst have really stepped up on customer service. Mandana, just check your bank for the payments going off - some problems about that has occured in the past. And if that happened you will ask them for a statement...and when you get it you will see how awful the statement is set out if the matching for a few months has occured with one payment. As an accountant I promise you that their accounting software is not user-friendly to the eye...
